The 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards in the US has announced winners with Mr. Robot taking home Best Actor award.
The event reviewed films and series aired and screened in 2018 and announced the best in each category.
Rami Malek was the recipient of Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role award for his magnificent portrayal of Freddie Mercury in ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role award was given to Glenn Close for Bjorn Runge’s ‘The Wife’.
Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role award went to Mahershala Ali for his role in ‘Green Book’.
Emily Blunt succeeded to take home Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role award for ‘A Quiet Place’ directed by the actresses husband John Krasinski.
